DRC VAULT The DRC Vault has been deployed onto Ethereum mainnet and is accessible through the DRC Website at https://drcglobal.org/platform/drc-vault/ The DRC Vault is a secure, non-custodial and 100% decentralised application created exclusively for DRC holders. DRC holders are now able to deposit and store their DRC tokens in this vault. It is a storage vault for your DRC that gives users a range of beautiful analytics of their DRC deposit and enters your holdings into the DRC Vault Leaderboard, to be compared with other depositors. The Vault itself offers no internal or external rewards for depositors. The purpose of this vault is to drive the ethos of DRC’s Store of Value proposition. By depositing into the Vault, user are demonstrating their intention to hold DRC for the long-term. The vision of DRC will always remain in the higher time frames; storing value in a non-volatile asset is the ultimate goal for the DRC community. The DRC community is one of the strongest, most patient and foresighted around. This Vault gives everyone the opportunity to join together in solidarity, whilst also demostrating to others the value proposition that DRC is pursuing. Future uses of the DRC Vault will include random reward drops from community members, leaderboard competitons and more. Foundation Fund Outgoings A few moments ago a donation of $60k USDC was made to the Foundation Fund Multisig wallet. This brings the CEX Listing Donation Campaign to a close as we have reached our $100,000 target. Upon reaching this target, the Fund has transferred the $100,000 allocation of USDC to make a CEX listing possible. The payment includes a listing fee, legal opinion, marketing performed by the exchange, tech integration and more. We would like to thank everyone that donated to the fund during this time, those who remain loyal and active in the DRC community. With this payment complete, DRC is making an important next step towards its global outreach campaign, as the exchange is trusted and available to users globally. DR Vault s1 and DR Vault s2 Announcement and Proposal As many of you may be aware, Uniswap V3 has recently launched and liquidity provisioning for all projects, including DRC, is still in motion. The DRC Foundation believes Uniswap V2 is here to stay for the mid to long term for some big pairs, such as BTC/ETH, ETH/WETH and USDC/ETH, yet PAXG/ETH is a smaller pool with less certainty. PAXG is one token that DR Vault s1 and DR Vault s2 currently utilises, there remains uncertainty around its mid to long term availability on Uniswap V2. As a step towards risk mitigation, we propose performing an Emergency Strategy Update (ESU) to the DR Vault s1 and s2 portfolio allocations, to replace PAXG with other suitable assets. Our proposal is as follows - to be submitted for 24hour vote via Snapshot: DR Vault s1: 40% BTC, 40% ETH, and 20% DRC. DR Vault s2: 90% USDC, 5% BTC, and 5% ETH. ——— Please note: Any patrons with their capital in DR Vault s1 and DR Vault s2 are not at risk of any loss during this ESU. This ESU will only replace PAXG with the proposed assets and perform a rebalancing of the percentages. Upon a successful vote for this proposal, the ESU will commence shortly after a period of time for any patrons to withdrawal if they so wish. The following steps would occur: 1. Allow existing patrons of s1 and s2 DR Vaults to withdraw within 24 hours, if they want to. 2. Pause the DR Vault interface for DR Vaults s1 and s2 while the new token allocations are performed. 3. Work on the backend of the data analytics of the DR Vaults and update the interface with the new token allocations. 4. Unpause the DR interface and resume the DR Vaults s1 and s2.

DRC LIQUIDITY MIGRATION The DRC Foundation is currently in the process of moving the newly unlocked liquidity around to better serve the DRC ecosystem. All transactions are available on the blockchain and can be viewed and tracked. Current Uniswap V2 liquidity is $1.1M Current Uniswap V3 liquidity is $1M DRC/MATIC liquidity on Quickswap is pending. DRC GENESIS LP UNLOCK PROPOSAL The following proposal is live on Snapshot. DRC Holders, please head here and vote on the proposal: https://snapshot.org/#/digital-reserve-currency/proposal/QmY4RWyaZSzkzn5YDZEtEHXiJN6CxBpQxoY8qqggnJDyq1 The DRC Genesis LP, created by Maxim when he released 100% of the DRC token supply onto Uniswap, along with 3ETH, has been unlocked from Unicrypt. We must now decide how to best utilise these funds. As per the Liquidity Provision Incentive released in November, those that have been providing liquidity for DRC-ETH on Uniswap will receive their pro-rata share of the accumulated fees since the time of Genesis. The next steps are more open for the DRC Community. Considerations: - The LP unlock is currently ~$800k - The DR Vaults require strong liquidity pools to function correctly - Uniswap is still the most popular AMM in the market - Potential uses for the funds - Uniswap v3 is around the corner. The Proposal - Redistribute the accumulated fees according to the Liquidity Provision Incentive program - Provide ~$150k to Quickswap in the form of a DRC/MATIC pool [Currently, there are some pools on Quickswap but are extremely shallow. If we are to create this pool, we can also benefit from synergistic marketing with Quickswap’s team] - The remaining Genesis LP is transferred to the DRC Foundation Multisig wallet - Relock the remaining funds for 1 month to allow for the release of Uniswap v3, and reassess the best options forward for DRC after this. Caveats: - For the Quickswap Liquidity transfer, there is no viable technical solution to do this without a person manually transferring. The Foundation proposes the Josh (CC) can set up a live stream of the transfer. The process would be to receive the allocated funds (ETH and DRC), bridge to Polygon via the Matic Bridge, trade the ETH for MATIC, and create the genesis pool for DRC/MATIC. Currently there is no Gnosis safe available on Polygon, but it is in the works. Until that point, the LP will remain in the wallet featured in the live stream. - The LP fees redistribution will be in the form of the Uni v2 DRC/ETH LP token, transferred to the qualifying 52 addresses that have provided liquidity until this point. The transfer will be performed by the DR Vaults Developer Wallet. Notes: - For the health of the ecosystem, it is extremely important that DRC community members continue to provide liqudity on Uniswap, and increase their LP holdings if possible. - Those on Quickswap already providing liquidity continue to do so until the DRC/MATIC pool is released

The largest liquidity base, the most popular service, and the home of the DR Vaults. 2) Buy DRC on Bilaxy - DRC's current CEX solution. Bilaxy requires minor KYC upon withdrawals; a 2FA Authentication and email registration. 3) Buy DRC with Fiat - DRC can now be purchased directly using US Dollars through the third-party service, Dharma.io. Dharma's fiat onramp service is available for US customers only. The button takes you to their desktop site where you will be prompted to download an app. Dharma is a non-custodial Ethereum wallet that allows US bank transfer and credit card purchases of selected tokens. 4) Buy DRC on Matic - DRC is available for purchase on the Polygon/Matic network, through the Quickswap exchange. BITTREX GLOBAL FUNDING CAMPAIGN With the fantastic recent performance of DRC, not just in terms of price action, but also reaching the roadmap goals, bridging to Matic, releasing the Vaults, passing 4 proposals through the community governance and reaching >2500 holders, the DRC Foundation is proposing a targeted donations campaign to gain listing on Bittrex Global. Listing on a popular CEX is a must for any growing project, and the request has been heard many times in the community. DRC Q2 ELECTIONS The DRC Foundation is now accepting applications for the position of Core Contributor for the Q2 2021 period! Although the DRC Ecosystem is entirely dependent on the wider DRC community, the position of Core Contributor is extremely important for the health and progress of the project. It is essential to have a more centralised decision making group in order to bring the ideas of the community into being. Aside from assisting with the governance of the DRC Foundation Fund, which itself is governed by the Gnosis Multi-sig Wallet, the CCs are asked to action on proposals, communicate developments to the community, maintain the health of the social channels, research outreach initiatives, be proactive in their discussions, leverage connections in the DeFi sphere and generally contribute. Rationale: All members of the DRC community are representatives of DRC; all those with DRC in their wallets demonstrate and further the DRC ethos. Not all members of the DRC community are contributors, however. DRC is a community-driven and governed ecosystem and requires the efforts of all it’s community in order to achieve great things. Some provide more contributions than others and should be given recognition as such. The term Core Contributors demonstrates the expected requirements for those that apply for the position. The 3-month election cycle will begin anew on April, the current Reps felt that this name change would better highlight what is expected of any incoming applicants: passion, commitment, interest and tangible contributions. 100th GEN00 NFT CLAIMED The community driven NFT initiative, DRC GEN00, has finished. With a maximum total mint supply of 100, the GEN00 is now a scarce marker of those that recognised and believed in DRC from the very beginning. The GEN00 NFT is a key to the exclusive Roundtable chat, a signifier of the holder's foresight and also a beautiful piece of 3D Art immortalised on the blockchain. The initiative was launched to incentivise the DRC community to donate to the Foundation Fund (drc.foundation/fund) and support the burdgeoning DRC ecosystem.
